LuLu embarked on her journey in the offshore oil industry in February 1981 starting her career with Shell Oil as a Diesel Control Specialist. Over the years she advanced to the role of Marine and Aviation Dispatcher, gaining valuable experience in both Texas and Louisiana. In June 2004, she took a bold step and founded LuLugistics, aimed at delivering exceptional aviation dispatching services for Shell Oil in the Gulf of Mexico. What began with just four dispatching positions has flourished into a robust team of 13 dedicated professionals.

Jeff joined LuLugistics in September 2016 as an Assistant Dispatcher. He quickly demonstrated his skills and was promoted to Aviation Dispatcher in December 2016. By October 2017, he took on the of Operations Assistant, and his hard work culminated in his promotion to General Manager in November 2018.

Seth's journey with Cenergy began in 2014 when he took on the role of Helideck Assistant (HDA). In September 2016 he transitioned to LuLugistics as an Assistant Dispatcher, showcasing his adaptability and commitment. By 2021, his hard work paid off with a promotion to Aviation Dispatcher. Most recently, in March 2026, he has advanced to the position of GOM Logistics Coordinator, furthering his expertise in the logistics field.

LaToya began her journey with Cenergy as a Kiosk Attendant in March 2015. In March 2021, she joined LuLugistics as an Assistant Dispatcher and quickly proved her capabilities. By July 2022, she earned a promotion to Compliance Dispatcher, and just a year later, she took on the role of Aviation Dispatcher. In May 2026, LaToya made a move to Galveston, continuing to advance her career.

Gerren's journey with Cenergy began in November 2005 as a Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO). He transitioned to LuLugistics in February 2007, starting as an Assistant Dispatcher and swiftly advancing to Aviation Dispatcher. By December 2012, he achieved the title of Senior Aviation Dispatcher, and in August 2014, he was promoted to Sr Aviation Specialist - Lead. Gerren took on the role of GOM Logistics Analyst in March 2019, ultimately being promoted to Operations Manager in March 2026.

Christy began her career in Boothville in March 2012 as an Assistant Dispatcher, showcasing her dedication and skill. In September 2016, she earned a promotion to Aviation Dispatcher, furthering her impact on the team. By March 2019, she transitioned into the role of GOM Logistics Analyst, where she honed her analytical expertise. In March 2026, Christy stepped up as Team Lead, leading her team with confidence and vision.

Jill joined Amelia in 2014 as an Assistant Dispatcher, where she began professional journey. In September 2017, she relocated to Houma and earned a promotion to Aviation Dispatcher, showcasing her growing expertise. By 2021, Jill transitioned to the role of Logistics Analyst for Shell Pipeline, further advancing her career. Her dedication and hard work culminated in July 2026 when she was promoted to Lead Dispatcher, a testament to her exceptional skills and commitment.

Whitney's journey with Cenergy began in 2013 when she took on the role of Helideck Assistant. After nearly a decade, she transitioned to LuLugistics in June 2022 as an Assistant Dispatcher. Her dedication and hard work led to a well-deserved promotion to Compliance Dispatcher in June 2023, and just a year later, she achieved another milestone by becoming an Aviation Dispatcher in March 2026.

Deja began her career in the industry with Cenergy in 2013 as an HDA. In January 2021, transitioned to Bristow, taking on the role of ground support. By September 2022, she joined the LuLugistics team as an Assistant Dispatcher, bringing her expertise and dedication to the new position.
